This free workshop is intended for children ages 4 to 10. It will take place at the First Congregational Church of Rockport December 28 from 10:00am to noon.
Participants will decorate a parasol to bring to the Rockport New Year’s Eve Parasol Parade and participate in a puppet pageant.
